Church is all about worship, but it’s also much more than that. It’s also about helping people to grow more like Jesus Christ. Jesus commanded his disciples to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you” (Matt 28:19-20).
At Sagemont Church, we aim to fulfill Jesus’ commandment, called the Great Commission, as we make disciples of all nations. Through traditional means of in-house Bible study and local/international missions, we have done that for many years. Now, with the tools available online, we can expand our fulfillment of the Great Commission around the world like never before!
Jesus set the example for making disciples, and he did it through community. His disciples lived, ate, and worked together as Jesus taught them and prepared them to spread His gospel. Through Sagemont Online, we want to build community with YOU, wherever you are in the world, as we grow together and become disciples of Christ. We currently offer online groups for you to join a small, close-knit community where you can share life and study scripture together on your journey toward discipleship.
