Baylee McMinn is a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2017 with a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling. Central to her approach is her commitment to supporting families as sacred units, designed by God and close to His heart. Her methodology focuses on nurturing each family member, harnessing their individual strengths to promote growth and well-being.
Baylee specializes in working with children aged 2-18 and adult women. Her areas of expertise include assisting foster and adoptive families, children who have endured trauma, kids experiencing regulation and behavioral challenges, as well as children with anxiety, OCD, or ADHD. She is a Foundationally Certified Theraplay Practitioner, a Nurturing Families Practitioner, and has received training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Baylee facilitates parenting groups for caregivers of children with regulation issues, employing materials such as the Zones of Regulation and TBRI.
Before embarking on her journey as an LPC-A, Baylee served as a biological, foster, and now adoptive parent. She finds great joy in creating memorable and enjoyable experiences with her three children.
